$hasUpvoted
Checks whether a user has upvoted the current server within the last 12 hours.
Usage
$hasUpvoted[userID (optional)]This function accepts one optional argument:
- userID - The ID of the user to check. If omitted, the user who triggered the command is used.
The function returns true if the user has upvoted the current server within the last 12 hours. Otherwise, it returns false.
Example
Checking the command author's upvote status
