$cacheMember
Caches a member, so the bot recognizes the Member, when you use functions without cooldowns, such as $usersWithRole. This function is not needed for functions like $toggleRoles, and $giveRoles.
Usage: $cacheMember[userID (optional)]
Example:
$cacheMember[userID]
TIP
When someone executes a command, they will automatically get cached.
